At Meadowbrook, we believe that the best things take time. Our sourdough starter has been nurtured for over three decades, imparting a complex, unmistakable flavor to every loaf. We source our grains locally, milling them fresh to preserve their vital nutrients and earthy aromas.
Owner and head baker Nick Esposito took over the bench in 2011, and still shapes every loaf by hand before the ovens are lit.
